What technical rules apply?
Kazakhstan is a member of the Eurasian Economic Union, where wheeled vehicles must comply with technical regulation TR CU 018/2011.
Imported vehicles normally need a conformity document under that regulation before registration. Your customs broker arranges it; we supply the specifications and VIN data required. See the Eurasian Economic Commission for the regulation text.
Which CX-50 suits Kazakh winters?
The CX-50 Hybrid AWD adds electric rear drive for snow; the 2.5L petrol trims of the 2026 model are a simple choice for dealers.
Upper trims include heated front seats; the Premium Package on the 2026 2.5L Premium adds a heated steering wheel, heated windscreen and heated rear seats.
